Welcome to DeepNode ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and any accounts connected to the App. We never have access to your private keys or recovery phrases. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your wallet.
"Points" earned in the App are for tracking engagement and leaderboard ranking only. They have no monetary value, are not a currency, and do not guarantee any future airdrop, token, or financial reward. We reserve the right to modify, reset, or cancel the points system at any time without notice.
You agree not to use bots, scripts, automation tools, or multiple accounts to manipulate the leaderboard or referral system. We reserve the right to ban users and wipe points for suspicious activity.
Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We use your data solely to:
- Maintain your profile and leaderboard position.
- Verify completion of social tasks.
- Prevent fraud and abuse.
We use trusted third-party providers:
- Privy: For authentication and wallet management.
- Supabase: For database hosting.
- Cloudflare: For security and bot protection.
You may request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting us or disconnecting your accounts. Since we use public blockchain data (wallet addresses), some information may remain immutable on-chain, but we will remove it from our off-chain databases.
